We bought the house that was perfect for us and it is entirely because Leah was our agent that we got it. She consistently went the extra mile for us day after day until...one rainy and cold day...she called us while at a gem of a new build had just been listed at a great price, along with two other new homes by the same builder. Equally impressive is that she was a long way away, but went right over the place to get the details. She had already guided us through the preliminaries when we first started looking to buy, so we were ready to move quickly on it--good thing, too, because all three of the homes sold in a day, and Leah moved swiftly to close on the very one we wanted! You really need an agent who knows the market and all the players in it, who gives sound and insightful advice, is personable and listens to what you want, and who won't stop until you have the keys in your hands. Leah is that agent!
